Bite Squad is a restaurant delivery service start-up in Minneapolis. In 2012 Andrew was brought on board to help launch the brand using his strong strategic marketing abilities. Andrew oversaw all elements of the brand's marketing and outreach, from traditional to digital.

Andrew created a three-pronged strategy to amplify Bite Squad's message, allowing them to surpass their projected business goals:

  1. Social and digital marketing - Andrew created a strong and relevant social following, building Bite Squad's Facebook following to over 15,000 in just a few months. This was used as a platform, along with other social channels (Twitter, Foursquare, and Pinterest) to engage with customers and keep them updated. 
  2. Guerilla marketing - Andrew organized and coordinated a street team to spread the message about Bite Squad on the streets and educate the public about the new service. 
  3. In-store marketing - Andrew partnered with over 150 restaurant partners to help them promote the service to their existing customers both in-store and online. 

Bite Squad is now a household name with Minneapolitans.
